EXPLANATION:
This guide lists “Kentucky Practice Materials” which can jump start your research. These secondary sources provide both background commentary and citations to key case decisions and Kentucky laws. The practice materials include: legal treatises, handbooks, form books, and continuing legal education publications. Each entry includes the title, publisher, and a brief overview of the resource. The entry does not include any copyright dates or edition information in an effort to streamline the appearance and usability of the guide.
CURRENCY:
The guide includes only practice materials which are updated regularly.
LOCATING:
Most of the “Kentucky Practice Materials” are available in both online and print formats. The Chase Law Library - Lexis and Westlaw subscriptions are restricted to Chase Law Students and Law Faculty. Our public patrons are welcome to use the print versions of the "Kentucky Practice Materials" and you can call the Chase Law Library Circulation Desk 859. 572.6030 to verify if an item is on the shelf. Currently updated Kentucky practice materials do not circulate and are for library use only.
