Law Review Orientation

The law review orientation program reviews: law review board policies, research tips, the writing process, and cite checking responsibilities.

Law Review Responsibilities

Law Review Personnel are responsible for:

Forwarding all checks, claims, cancellations or other billing matters to library personnel.
Notifying library personnel when a new issue is ready for mailing, in a timely manner, so that an updated subscribers list can be prepared.
Regularly checking the “Law Review” mail basket on the Fifth Floor mail room for all mailings placed there.

Responsible for the following:
Creation of invoices yearly (around Jan./Feb.) to be mailed to current subscribers.
Track payment/non-payment, cancellations, and new subscribers.
Track non-paying (complementary) subscribers.
Process non-receipt of published issues (claims) for subscribers.
Forward all checks to Law School Business Officer who handles depositing process.
Communicate with individual subscribers, as well as vendors when necessary.
Compile an updated subscribers list prior to mailing a new issue to subscribers.
